A number of high-profile Twitter accounts appear to have been hacked, today. TechCrunch suspects it has nothing to do with recent phishing attacks. If that’s so, then this appears to be a vulnerability in Twitter itself.

Update: The Twitter status blog says they’ve identified the cause and blocked it. Everyone should check their email settings and password.
